   1. Click on Tools from the title bar at the top of the browser window.
   2. Click on Internet Options.
   3. On the General Tab click on the button called Delete Files.
   4. Click OK to the pop-up prompting Delete all files in the Temporary Internet Files folder?.
         1. Note: Your computer may take a minute or two to delete these temporary files.
   5. Once you have control of your cursor again, click the OK button.
   6. Close and re-open your browser to finish deleting your Temporary Internet Files.

Deleting your Temporary Internet Files will NOT damage your computer or hamper your web-browsing. In fact, it's a good practice to delete your Temporary Internet Files once a week. Think of it like changing the oil in your car at regular intervals... it's good, healthy maintenance.
