Hi,

Thank you for contacting EA Customer support.

First please accept my sincere apology as due to high volume of the mail inflow we were not able to reply you on time.

In order to assist you with this issue, we will need some information. Please provide us the following information:

Your email address[EA Account Name]:
The serial key/registration code you used to install the game:

For more information on How does EAs SecuROM Digital Rights Management (DRM) work?, please have the details from the following link http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=20763

I have increased license limit of your provided game key and now, you will be able to re-load on your system.

Please note that un-install and re-install the game increases your license limit.

Additionally, I would like to inform you that certain EA PC games with SecuROM digital rights management technology allow users to 'authorize' up to five computers to play those EA games at the same time. Users can then play the game on any authorized computer they choose.

As part of EAs ongoing commitment to delivering more transparency and choice to gamers, we have created de-authorization tools to help gamers mange their authorizations.

In future if you further having any such installation concerns, You may try De-Authorization by downloading the De-Authorization tool from the site below:

http://activate.ea.com/deauthorize/gamesList.html

Note: Running the De-authorization tool does not uninstall your game from your machine. If you decide you want to re-authorize your computer later, all you have to do is re-launch the game.
